Super-Yummy Protein Shakes

Strawberry Cheescake SuperShake

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. 

 

The Base Shake

½-1 cup chilled water

1 scoop vanilla zero carbs protein powder

1-2 cups ice

 

“Snickers” Shake

Base shake

2 tablespoons 100% peanut butter

1 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder

2 squirts caramel flavoured stevia drops

 

“Cherry Ripe” Shake

Base shake

1 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder

2 squirts cherry flavoured stevia drops

½ teaspoon coconut flavouring or 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut

 

“Bounty” Shake

Base shake

1 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder

1 squirt coconut flavoured stevia drops

½ teaspoon coconut flavouring or 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut

Choc-banana Shake

Base shake

1 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder

2-3 squirts banana flavoured stevia drops

 

Apple Pie Shake

Base shake

small handful raw cashews or 1 coconut flour cookie (see recipe)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

6-7 drops apple flavoured stevia drops

 

Strawberry Cheesecake Shake

Base shake

2 tablespoons cream cheese

1 cup frozen strawberries or 2-3 squirts strawberry flavoured stevia drops

1 sugar-free coconut flour cookie (recipe here)

 

New York Cheesecake Shake

Base shake

2 tablespoons cream cheese

1-2 squirts caramel flavoured stevia drops

1 sugar-free coconut flour cookie (see recipe)

¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg

 

Pina Colada Shake

½ cup chilled water

1 scoop tropical flavoured zero carbs protein powder

1-2 cups ice

2 tablespoons coconut cream

 

After Dinner Mint Shake

1 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon stevia powder

1 teaspoon peppermint essence

 

Coffee Frappe Shake
