Sugar-Free Chocolate Mousse

2 x 100g blocks of sugar-free milk chocolatemousse
1 x 250g block of silken tofu
2 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks


Melt chocolate in microwave.
Using an electric mixer, beat tofu until smooth, add melted chocolate.
Carefully fold in egg whites until well combined.
Transfer into four serving dishes and chill in fridge for several hours before enjoying!
