Ingredients

1 sachet diet jelly (flavour of your choice)

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup almond meal20150729_082732

2 tablespoons psyllium husks

1/2 teaspoon xantham Gum

About 1/4 cup water

Method

Combine the dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl until well combined then add just enough water to make the mix come together (I usually have about 1 teaspoon of water left over). Form 12-14 small balls and roll in dessicated coconut.

40 calories each, 1 g carb, 2 g fat, 2 g protein.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
