If you would like to see what our sessions are like, just look at our timetable and location below and come along to a session of your choice.    If you have questions about the sessions, Annie is more than happy to discuss any concerns with you.

The fee thereafter, including all training sessions and daily dietary support by a qualified dietitian/nutritionist is $40/wk.  Annie will work with you to establish your health and fitness goals and provide strategies to ensure you achieve them within a realistic time frame.  All levels of fitness are catered for.
