Annie’s Famous No-Chop Salad

So, I make this recipe when I’m super-busy but I still want to eat healthily.  It’s really possible to make this salad without messing a cutting board or a knife and it literally takes just a few minutes to prepare!


1 packet mixed leaves of choice
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 small container semi-dried tomatoes
1 small container chopped or pitted olives
1 small packet chopped walnuts or macadamia nuts
1 handful dried cranberries (craisins)
1 block feta, crumbled


Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss until ingredients are mixed.
The oil from the semi-dried tomatoes and olives become the dressing.
Add black pepper and serve with your favourite grilled meat or fish.
